An Interview With...

Guess what? It happened - again! A second interview with Marcellas Reynolds from Big Brother Season 3. It took a little longer than expected but he had some great answers to my questions. It must be crazy for all of the possible 20 right now getting ready for possibly going into the house so I appreciate Marcellas taking time out of his hectic schedule to answer some questions for me and for y'all.

Well, I hope you enjoy the interview. Tell me what you think! And after you've left a comment here, be sure to check out Marcellas' Myspace and drop him a line. Maybe even go for an add!

First of all, if you're put back into the house for Big Brother All-Stars will you miss doing House Calls with Gretchen? Do you know if Gretchen is voting to put you back in?

House Calls is a huge part of my life. I'll miss it terribly. I'll probably pull the HGs aside everyday and interview them out of habit! Gretchen has become like a touchstone for me. She's a very, very close friend. It's good to know I'll have an ally outside sending me good thoughts and pulling for me. As far as G voting for me she better be!

Of the 19 others announced, who might you want to align with the most in the house? The least?

I intend to align with... Wait! No comment. I'll just say this, I'll trust no one!

How much are you looking forward to possibly being in the house with Danielle? Do you think there would be any past drama between yourselves brought up?

I don't think All Stars would be All Stars without Danielle. There's a myth in the cosmos that she's one of the all time great players. It will be interesting to see her work it this time. A far as the past, it's just that. I don't intend to be calling anyone Busto or yelling, "Bye bye bitches."

Do you think one or some of the possible 20 house guests don't deserve to have another chance in the game?

I think that any of the 75 House Guests who have played this game the past 6 years were eligible. Were they All Stars? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

How might you change your 'game' if you're voted or placed back in the house?

The game remains the same. This time I know to put myself 1st. That's the big difference this go round.

Who of the 19 others do you think played the best game in their respective seasons?

Will, Lisa, Alison, Diane, Janelle were all amazing players their seasons and each deserved to win even if they didn't.

Is there any former house guest that's not part of the 20 that you wish could be in the house with you?

I loved Holly. I thought she was funny. Hardy is one of the All Time Greats and he's sexy! How can you not have the reigning HoH champion. Nicole would have been awesome also. I was strangely looking forward to Amy. I wanted to see if she'd matured and I was hoping to see if I relationship could have been fixed. Like a 3 month long couples therapy session!

Will you bring Boo into the house with you?

Boo is far too busy. Plus he thinks reality TV is bad for his image.

If you won the Veto again, would you take yourself off the block?

Nope.

Might you use any parts of a previous houseguest's strategy to stay in the house?

I think a smart player especially this season must study the game. I have. I intend to take the best parts of every past great players strategy and make it my own. And I hope I'll be able to identify what other players are doing!

If they take away the PB&J as punishment, what would you NOT want them to replace it with?

Hummus. Sardines. Liver. Bologna. The list goes on and on.

What are you going to miss the most outside the house if you're chosen to go back in?

My friends and family. My gigs on TV. I'm really busy in the summer. As far as silly things; my iPod, my phone, my walks with my friend Melanie, shopping, TV, my roommate, sex, my bedroom and my bathroom which is like my own private spa.

Finally, could you please tell us in your own words why you would like to play in Big Brother All-Stars?

I think more than anything I wanna go back because it was fun. There were times that were just precious (as Amy would say). Though Season 3 had it's bad points and ended badly for me I have more happy memories than bad. It was like summer camp for adults. I'm looking forward to hangin'!

That was a great post! I love Marcellas and I am looking forward to seeing how he does. I think he should set up a little House Calls 2 in the house like he said -- that would be funny!

Ahhh, Marcellas, what would the house be without him. As per your request Hamsterdame, I have voted for him as many times as my computer will allow and my husbands computer. We have been voting for him like mad all week. I look forward to his "calls it like he sees it" attitude and his hilarious diary rooms. Best of luck Marcellas and PLEASE use the veto when you have the opportunity! Great interview hamsterdame!! Always enjoy your posts!

I have the feeling that Marcellas will be in the house whether as one of America's picks or as one of the producer's pick. That leaves us with one obvious question - Who will take his place on House Calls?

What? Is he being sarcastic? Did he misunderstand the question? Marcellas was asked: "If you won the Veto again, would you take yourself off the block?" and he answered . . . . Nope. Nope? NOPE? I'm regretting voting for him now. If he gets voted back in and doesn't take himself off the block, he would have just wasted everyone's vote who voted for him.
